Keeping in mind of our customer first policy, we have worked on new safety and hygiene
processes and have started revamping our existing procedures.
We are now following guidelines of WHO, local administration and local health department for hospitality and restaurants. The well-being of our guest are our utmost priority and we have also made our booking and cancellation more flexible and stress free.
- Our properties are open from all sides and not air sealed.
- All rooms are well ventilated with individual air conditioning ( No Central AC )
- All rooms have open windows.
- Special care is now taken in cleaning and disinfecting each and every item in the room.
- New protocols have been added to limit personal contact with guests & maintain social distance.
- Open spaces and common areas are more frequently disinfected
- Majority of our staff is in house, further strengthening the health and safety of the hotel.
- All guests, staff and other personnel entering premises are now temperature checked at the main gate.
We understand the risk of travel in the tough times, which is why we have made changes to our existing breaking procedures.
- Bookings can be made without any pre - payment.
- There are no cancellation charges.
- Any cancellation charge. if applicable. can be adjusted to future bookings.
- Any prepaid bookings can be carry forwarded to future dates.
